ac33 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ac33 platform and all its services. By accessing the ac33 website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

These Terms are prepared for players in Bangladesh and are governed by Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the ac33 platform.

2.1 Age Eligibility

To create and use an account on the ac33 platform, the user must be 21 years of age or older. This platform's services are provided only to those aged 21 or above. If any user provides a false age, their account will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be closed and associated bonuses may be cancelled. Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is also prohibited.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The following details are mandatory and must be provided correctly:

• Full legal name (as per national identity card)
• Valid mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Correct date of birth
• Valid email address (if applicable)

Providing false information may result in delays in payment processing or account closure at a later stage.

2.4 Identity Verification

ac33 may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. This may include copies of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are supported on the ac33 platform for the convenience of Bangladeshi players:

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Deposit or withdrawal requests below these limits will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required if identity verification is in progress or in the case of unusual transactions.

3.4 Deposit Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If a deposit is made in another currency, a conversion rate may apply.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ac33 will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on games designated by ac33.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to a third party.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• There may be a specific time limit for claiming a bonus — the terms stated on the promotions page will apply.
• It is mandatory to read the specific terms of a promotion before participating in it.

4.4 Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

ac33 reserves the right to cancel a bonus under any of the following circumstances:

• If use of multiple accounts or abuse of the system is proven
• If information provided is found to be false or incomplete
• If bonus terms are violated
• If a technical error is exploited

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on the ac33 platform are settled on a real-time basis. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the full amount will be refunded.

5.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets for cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football (including FIFA), kabaddi, and various other sports. All odds may change in both pre-match and live situations. For example, a Bangladesh vs India match may offer a head-to-head winner market — always confirm whether the market is live.

5.3 Casino Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed before the game begins. All casino games are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring fair results. RTP (Return to Player) information is generally available in the information section of each game.

5.4 Fishing & Arcade Games

Results in fishing games including JILI's Mega Fishing, All-star Fishing, and Dragon Fortune are entirely RNG-based. Each game has its own betting limits.

5.5 Responsible Betting Limits

ac33 gives players the ability to set their own betting limits. Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set through the support team if needed.

ac33's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback and various benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.

7.1 Password Protection

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. ac33 will not be responsible for any loss arising from sharing login details with a third party.

7.2 Suspicious Activity

If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, contact [email protected] immediately. ac33 may temporarily suspend the account during an investigation.

7.3 Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change (mobile number, email, etc.), update your account immediately or notify support. Outdated information may cause disruptions to the withdrawal process.

7.4 Inactive Accounts

ac33 may apply a maintenance fee to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. The definition of inactivity and the fee amount will be communicated from time to time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ac33 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Strategic betting aimed at exploiting bonuses (bonus hunting)
• Taking unfair advantage of technical errors or software bugs
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools
• Using a third party's account or payment method
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Collecting other users' information or harassing them
• Attempting to influence game results through any form of cheating or fraud

If any of the above activities are proven, ac33 will immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

ac33 believes that gaming should be an entertainment activity. We advise all our players to play responsibly. This platform is operated for those aged 21 or above only.

• Do not place bets beyond your means.
• Avoid placing larger bets to recover losses.
• Set specific time and money limits for playing.

10.1 Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by submitting a request to the ac33 support team. You should withdraw your remaining balance before closing the account. Whether the account can be reactivated after closure depends on the circumstances.

10.2 Closure or Suspension by ac33

ac33 may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If these Terms are violated
• If evidence of fraud or illegal activity is found
• If identity verification fails
• If there is a court order or directive from a regulatory authority

In the case of a fair termination, the balance will be returned. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited.

The ac33 platform operates while maintaining the highest standards. However, ac33's liability is limited in the following matters:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection
• Errors in game software from third-party providers
• Service disruptions caused by external factors (force majeure)
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or error

ac33 always ensures SSL encryption and fair play. If you are affected by any technical error, the support team will review the situation and provide a resolution.

The ac33 authority reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified as far in advance as possible. If you continue to use the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have agreed to the new terms.
